My wife loves this salon. They are fantastic. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They take wonderful care of you. The products and services are top notch. Will not go anywhere else.
I went here for the first time last week and was weary due to the reviews, and I would say they are accurate. I went with a friend of mine and her manicure was absolutely perfect and the manicurist was a diligent perfectionist. She had absolutely no complaints, however my manicurist left much to be desired. Immediately I had noted that I could see through the Polish, through to my nail, but she advised if we added another coat it would be too thick. Okay, I trusted it was worth it being see through, you can see this on my pointer finger. She quickly finished up my nails and I looked and there was polish all over my fingers. I did say something to someone else in the salon as she rushed away and never came back, and my friends manicurist came over and removed the Polish from my skin. I made a note that it now looks like the ends of my nails were going to peel at any moment but I was kind of dismissed. I've posted here a photo of my nails directly after the manicure, as you can see the layers are uneven, and look like I did this at home. And less than two days later, very chipped. They started chipping the very next day at the exact spots I had pointed out concern for. Typically a regular polish manicure last me at least a week. I would not recommend going here, unless you get lucky and get the really good manicurist.
